I have a similar account, and have managed to set it up. First, log into your company's box account. Go to account settings, and head to the section Create External Password. There, you can see a message:
Because you are using Single Sign On (SSO), you will need to create a unique password to use external applications that do not support SSO.
Once you create this external password, use the client as you normally would, with the company email id and the external password.
