I'm having this same issue. When I type

$ ipa build -w Project.xcworkspace -c Debug -s Project --trace

Then I get:

As you can see, This is version 0.3.1. This project makes use of CocoaPods, that's why I'm using the workspace. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I need to update something...

I am able to build using Cocoapods and the workspace, but I never actually specifically call the workspace, i call the scheme, and everything works great

ipa build --scheme --config Release
