Is there a way to attach files to messages or attachments? about slackconnector HOT 8 CLOSED

Not sure if this will fit your use case, but there's an Attachments property on the BotMessage class that takes a list of type SlackAttachment which lives here :)

Sorry, attachment files isn't supported at this time. I will add this to the feature list.

I have a bare bones implementation of this with an integration test. I'll clean it up this week and submit a pull request. It adds a BotFileUpload model, and modifies the IChatClient and ISlackConnection interfaces to upload a file based on a fully qualified file path. Use case was to allow users to pull reports from our project management software directly from Slack. A more sophisticated implementation would do this with streams and RequestWriters, but that's beyond my immediate needs.
