Hello, I was in a similar boat as you. When I started TSO I couldn't see all of the menu options either. I searched the net but couldn't find any fix for it. Then the thought hit me to try and change my scale settings (in windows display settings) back to the recommended 100% to see if that was the problem. I had it on 150%. Well, that fixed it. All the menus are now accessible. My resolution is 1440x2560 and my icons are a little to small for my liking with the recommended settings. Thankfully that solved my issue with it since I've been wanting to give TSO a play through. Hopefully it's as simple of a fix for you as well.

Oh ok, weird that that is an issue, as every other mod pack and or game
runs fine with my native resolution.
I will give it a go next time I install TSO.
At the moment I'm downloading Elysium.
