Extension / assertion grant about rack-oauth2 HOT 2 CLOSED

JWT Bearer implementation is here.

Currently I have no plan for other assertion grants support.

You can define your own assertion extension under Rack::OAuth2::Server::Token::Extension namespace, so that rack-oauth2 will automatically detect your extension here.

That sounds great. I created this issue after having browsed the sample project (rack-oauth2-sample). I came across the following comment in token_endpoint "# NOTE: extended assertion grant_types are not supported yet." and I interpreted it to mean that implementing your own wasn't supported either.
