Thanks for pointing this out! It should be possible to use the library with a private app by passing in the private app's password as the access token:

var service = new ShopifyProductService(myShopifyUrl, password);

This blog post goes into that a bit more, but I'll make sure to update the docs with the same information.

Docs were updated in 9fa8b7a with guidelines for using the library with a private app. Just to confirm that this works, the library's test suite uses a private app for running all tests. Just pass the password in as the access token for each service.
