The issue is on the generated .eslintrc.json
. It does not ignore node_modules
.

i could not replicate this issue when I create a fresh expo app. do you have a link to a repo?

i tried again. i could not replicate this issue with nx version 19.2.3. I am going to close it for now.
expo does not symlink the node_modules under the project. the lint command is eslint .
which only lints all files under project, so it does not need to ignore the node_modules folder.
could you provide a link to your repo?

I don't have a reproduction, I was able to fix this shortly after reporting the issue (hence my second comment).
All I can say is that I was using [email protected]
with this .yarnrc.yml
enableGlobalCache: false
enableTelemetry: false
nodeLinker: node-modules
