It cannot. Doesn't sound like a good idea. Although it can be implemented outside of gocode. I won't implement it, because frankly I won't implement anything. But if someone wants to do so, go for it. I'll leave the issue opened.

But how can I choose StatusInternalServerError, which is what I really need, from a lot of Status*?

You can get all the members of that namespace in an editor and then filter it by yourself. For example clang autocompletion stuff (for C/C++) doesn't even support partial autocompletions, it simply gives all the members of the namespace and it's a responsibility of an editor to filter them. Same logic can be applied to gocode. You see implementing complex fuzzy matching schemes isn't really a thing that belongs to that kind of system. I don't mind though if you will implement that as an option/extension.

The main function to look for that is here: autocompletecontext.go:193, "deduceDecl" returns a subject declaration and the beginning of the word you were typing ("SISE" in your example), then it performs simple filtering here.
