Just updated to the latest version, can you try again? There was no fix for this specific issue. Not sure what the issue is, NuKeeper seems to exit gracefully(https://github.com/NuKeeperDotNet/NuKeeper/blob/7d750c1f2e24fd746639c387753092f6a1961097/NuKeeper/Engine/RepositoryUpdater.cs#L88). After that i should just quit
