Also want to move away from positional args except possibly for the first mode param, and use e.g. nukeeper repo -token foo -repo bar for the rest.
Also look at a lib for parsing these.
And values for env vars for sensitive things like a git api token, and/or config file for things that should be configurable but don't change much such as repos and packages to exclude, max concurrent PRs etc..
