Bring this back to life? about numbers.js HOT 5 CLOSED

I have a lot of things I'd like to add to this repo (PDE solvers, linear system solvers, interpolation functions, and ODE solvers - which already exist, just need to add tests), and I'm also willing to organize a few things and write in-depth documentation (JSDoc doesn't cut it for me). I'd also be willing to host the repo on its own website and all that.

I do believe this project is worth reviving. And I apologize for the long absence.

For starters, @KartikTalwar and @StDako have been added as contributors, this will help close pre-existing PR's and issues.

Let's work together to put a list of goals for the project, as well as shared upon workflow, so that we can continue to push this project further.

Hey @sjkaliski, thanks for understanding and the contributor access. I'm in favor of the new plan. Lets help @StDako merge in the some smaller updates and then get back to discussing next steps
