Proposal: Discuss splitting sigs
We would like to discuss the process for splitting a sig, in particular this some parts of sig-core and sig-content. We would like to split some features out of sig-core and sig-content into sig-simulation and would like to know how to move this forward.
Example: sig-simulation is proposed to combine physics, animation, ai (pathfinding), maths and animation
All features except animation are in sig-core, animation is in sig-content.
This was previously discussed in a sig-core meeting here - o3de/sig-core#13 with broad consensus that sig-core should be split. As a member of sig-content I'm also aware this sig could benefit from being slimmed down slightly.
For attention of @amzn-jillich, @greerdv, @moraaar and @SergeyAMZN.
Adding @amzn-pratikpa for visibility as the chair of sig-core and @monroegm as the chair of sig-content (I think chair is the right term sorry
