[BUG] Validator fails when response description is missing in API document about oas-commons HOT 2 CLOSED

This seems to be a problem with the JSON schema validator, since the description field is required when declaring responses (see here) and therefore, the server should throw a validation error upon initialization. I'll look into it and try to solve it for v3.0.2 that will be released soon.

Update on this: The problem was caused by the replaceAll function in the validator utility inside the commons library. It only happens when using Node.js v14.X since replaceAll does not exist in this version.

I updated @oas-tools/commons and its dependents. The version v3.0.2 of the Core library has not been released yet due to the remaining bugs that still need a fix. However, most of the problems are already solved and merged into develop branch, so the new version is expected to be released soon.
