private repo on buildouts about ansible-odoo HOT 3 CLOSED

Hi,

For this use case, we use another internal role to configure the environment with customer/user credentials at the system level for private Git/Mercurial repositories.
But I agree, having this directly in the odoo role to set the SSH key + SSH known_host in order to clone Git private repositories through SSH is very welcome.

Thus, it's not possible to put private repos on the buildout config file, but configure them out of the scope of the buildout, is it?

No, it is possible to set private repos in the buildout file (we do that, customer specific modules are often in private repos), but we configure the Git and Mercurial credentials required by these private repositories in another role, allowing the odoo role to buildout the project with these credentials.
