ZnapZend exits if DST is offline about znapzend HOT 3 CLOSED

on startup znapzend checks if the mbuffer binary does exist on the destination host. if not, it will stop. once znapzend runs it does not matter what happens to the destination host. znapzend will continue to do SRC snapshots.

as a temporary workaround you can disable mbuffer and then it should work as you expect it.

hmmm we just ran into this yesterday too ... I think it might make sense to not die just then because afterall, mbuffer could disappear at a later stage too, so this must be handled anyway ... a warning would do fine, I think.

if mbuffer disappears at a later stage znapzend will happily continue and retry on the next run. only startup/configuration is an issue. until now:
