Hi!

Unfortunately you are showing a lot of code but not the part which is actually producing the problem! (it seems to happen in the preprocessing function). Also, the OGGM log is missing and you are ignoring warnings, which makes it more likely to hide something.

Can you try to reduce your example to a minimal working example?

A first question that comes to mind: why aren't you using the OGGM-provided (and pre-calibrated) glacier directories for your run?

Hi!
Thanks for the help, from your questions I went back and added a "from_prepro_level=4" to the init_glacier_regions and changed the border to 160 (from 200 since there is not prepro for 200 at the url in the code).

My original code is just copy and pasted from the initialization examples but with directories changed for my own. Seems to work with the changes I made above!
