I don't have access to okfn.org.
Also, on opendefinition.org no footer text is showing up at all.
Both ought be fixed but I'm not sure how to.

To fix footer is just adding stuff to footer areas in appearance -> widgets menu

@rgrp I misread "add cc-by links to http://okfn.org/terms-of-use ".
Some weirdness with WordPress widgets -- on opendefinition.org I see "IP Policy" was in the "fourth" footer widget area, but would only display if the first had anything in it. I moved to the first area and it is fine now.
