Is this an error on the DAS5? And at what part did it occur?
Not sure how much space we have, but maybe we can poke Tim and ask for more if it's needed.

Yeah I only test on the DAS5. Everything works fine except the space is not enough for splitting the partitions. It occurred on some nodes when splitting the partition. Maybe I can compress the file to store these files but I think it's necessary to ask for more space for larger graphs.

Are you available for a call right now? Then we can split up the work and get it ready today.
I'm not sure what's stored in memory right now, but I think it should be possible to store intermediate results on files.
