Your plugins are probably outdated. Try opening the "More Services" dialog, uncheck all of them and hit OK. This will delete them completely (only the files, not the settings). Then go back into the "More Services" dialog and check them again. A progress dialog should pop up and they will be redownloaded.

Also, in your PKGBUILD you don't need to use sed to set the API keys, you can pass them directly to cmake like this:
cmake ../screencloud -DCONSUMER_KEY_SCREENCLOUD=<key> -DCONSUMER_SECRET_SCREENCLOUD=<secret>
