可能是磁盘权限的问题。
可以试试打开磁盘工具，点击一下“修复磁盘权限”。

我都试过了，最新的几个版本都试过了，点击后没有任何反应，最新的mac 10.9的系统

可以打开了，原来是在系统偏好设置把隐私和安全里的 允许任何来源 选中

嗯，在打开过一次 SwitchHosts! 后，最好还是把那个“允许任何来源”的选项关上。
另外，出现这样的提示时也可以用单击程序，选择打开，这时出现的提示框里会有“打开”的选项。只要打开一次，以后就不会出现这个警告了。
