Yep, that's a good point. I've started writing a README now and will push it as soon as I have something. Thanks
from fusesoc.
Any progress on this? I have a feeling I may care about this project, but I'm not exactly sure what it is...

Hi @atgreen. I've been actually planning to contact you and tell you about FuseSoC after I learned about your moxie CPU (via the verilog support in binutils) a few days ago. The internet is full of coincidences :)
Anyway, I started writing a quick README, but then forgot about it and started doing other things. I'll try to put at least something out today. It's very clear that the lack of information makes it hard to reach out to new people

Ok, so I have pushed a very basic readme file now that I intend to improve later

Reusing this bugreport. Now project lacks description (that thing at the top which reads "No description or website provided."). I don't know about you, but for me, a project without description has an implicit description of "Dear user, please pass by, I'm, a project maintainer, not interested in you having interest in this project. Go look at thousands of projects with descriptions instead." YMMV. I'm came here from this tweet: https://twitter.com/OlofKindgren/status/721307375454568448

Thanks for letting me know. Never noticed that description field before actually. I put up a line there for now. Might write something more clever there later on. I should get started on the logo and some documentation too I guess

ok, there isn't a ton of documentation yet, but at least there is some basic info about what FuseSoC does, so I'm closing this now
