crash on importing about imposm3 HOT 11 CLOSED

Do you get this with each import? Are you using a binary version from http://imposm.org/static/rel/?

Regarding the build error: Imposm3 now depends on github.com/golang/protobuf instead of code.google.com/p/goprotobuf/proto. So go get should work again.

My case of it appears to have been related to low RAM

I'm importing planet-161121, there is plenty of RAM (it's a c3.8xlarge, 32 cores and 64gb RAM):
