Your version of mono is too old. If you must stick to 2.10.8 then the last known working version is https://github.com/nosami/OmniSharpServer/tree/f8c41bbc78e7180c67ea122ffe22b6dcc92c64f2 . I was supposed to tag it but looks like the tag isn't there... oops!
There are many more refactorings in the HEAD version though (courtesy of Nrefactory). I'd strongly suggest that you upgrade your mono if you can.

There is a guide for ubuntu in the server's wiki. I don't know ifor it
applicable for debian though.
