Use pip3 instead of pip, this is using Python 2. Same as #1.

Hi,
I followed the documentation and used pip3 to install, but I am getting the error "FileNotFoundError: Game not found: SonicTheHedgehog-Genesis. Did you make sure to import the ROM?" I cannot seem to find the instruction about this in the documentation. I am running it on Ubuntu 16.04.
