edx-platform installation problem about edx-platform HOT 4 CLOSED

This URL seem to work for me, maybe a temporary server failure when you tried, or problem with your ISP? Do you use any kind of firewall or transparent proxy?

Firewall was disabled on my computer, and I didn't use any transparent proxy. I have tried it many times, each stoped me with this issue. Is there any other solution?

I can access to "https://bitbucket.org/izi/polib/downloads" (pay attention to "https"), but I can not download any file in this page, like "polib-1.0.3.tar.gz", why? Is there anything wrong?

Thanks all. I have successfully installed edx-platform on Mac OS X 10.7. My solutions are as follows:
(1) delete the line polib=1.0.3 in /requirements/edx/base.txt;
(2) add pip install http://bitbucket.org/izi/polib/get/1.0.3.tar.gz after pip install -r $BASE/edx-platform/requirements/edx/pre.txt in the file /scripts/create_dev_env.sh;
(3) then, give it a try! vagrant up
