I've currently looked over (I think) almost all the front-end colours in OFN. I've recorded my findings within a new project I've created here in the OFN figma org. The recorded findings are from OFN Canada, but there's a bunch of overlap and recurring issues in the other countries.
I'm going to continue with the same process with the back office as well.
