[VeSync] Setting manualFanSpeed ist not possible using UI about openhab-addons HOT 6 OPEN

The manualFanSpeed channel does not have options listed in the Thing structure. fanMode and nightLightMode do have options listed. These are used to assist the UI to set a value.
I'm not sure if this is intentionally or not. It might be possible that different devices have different range of values for manualFanSpeed

Looking at the documentation there might be different speeds (1 to 3 and 1 to 4), but for me thats no reason why there are no options for this channel. If you look at "fanMode" there are also different values for different devices (Even if the implementation for the Core 300S seems not correct (#16456)).

I have the same problem with my 200s. And for me rules are not working too.
