教程上面有点难安装，列如 3.2
进入代码目录
cd /usr/local/itops/
确认目录中有package.txt文件（此文件中放了所必须的包名）
package.txt文件这个压根是没有？
请指教下

文件名是：requirements.txt
readme文件描述错误，后期会更改
