@ciroki - what is the URL to the repository where your software is located? (basically, the equivalent of https://sourceforge.net/p/daetools/articles/ which contains the paper source)

JOSS requires that the paper source be in the software source repo (though it can be in a separate branch)

In addition, you could work on the possibly missing DOIs that editorialbot suggests, but note that some may be incorrect. Please feel free to make changes to your .bib file, then use the command @editorialbot check references to check again, and the command @editorialbot generate pdf when the references are right to make a new PDF. editorialbot commands need to be the first entry in a new comment.

Finally, your paper is about twice as long as recommended for JOSS papers (2127 words vs 1000). Please consider shortening it, perhaps pointing at on-line documentation instead of some text. If you make changes, please rerun @editorialbot generate pdf when you are done
