is L5R RPG available on languages other than English? Translating the interface is quite easy but translating the whole data base would be an huge work :O

L5R is being released in spanish in Spain, not sure about other countries. I guess spanish people would like a translation version of your app, since it's very usefull, and it's growing very nicely.

L5R has been released in Spanish since the 1st Edition (only 2nd Ed. wasn't issued in Spanish). I know it has been released also in french. The Core Book of the 4th Ed. was published in spanish several months ago and I'm sure that a lot of spanish players would be glad to contribute with the translation of the Database and the interface, me include, of course.

Finally version 2.8Beta1 introduces user interface translations. A nice step in the right direction.
