Hmmmmm i'm not sure... maybe try taking out all of the script tags that aren't in here? https://gist.github.com/maxogden/5251385

e.g. taking out all the foundation ones/ones that were one the page before you added any of the stuff from the bl.ocks.org page

tried that and it didn't help ... tried a bunch of different things, and now all error messages are gone BUT still not displaying ... http://openbudgetoakland.org/draft/oak11-13adopted.html

Stefan gave me the fix: set widget height to absolute amount (not %). He also told me if I want more help I should hire an OpenSpending developer. Ouch.

So the boot.js error may not have been the problem at all.
