I'm all for adopting things that already exist. If you want to write a section that adds that, go for it.
However, I was thinking it would be best to avoid having an "online" section, as this implies that it's separate from everything else, whereas I see it as just a new tool that affects everything (a bit like "environment" cuts across all areas). I'd suggest that this might fit best in the Society section, where perhaps we could include discussion of a more general right to privacy as well?

I personally think cross-cutting sections are fine: the aim should be to provide a useful intuitive organising structure, not an absolutely clean taxonomy (which is impossible anyway: most policy issues have some cross-cutting impacts).
Hence I'd support the idea of an "Online" section: there are plenty of other online policy issues that need tackling (internet governance, digital inclusion, internet access regulation, telecoms etc.). It seems to make sense to give these their own section.

Yes, OK, you make a good point. I guess we should just crossreference where we can. Go for it :)

I've added a communications page, where things like this could live. Fancy adding it in there?
