I think we should do the following (more or less ordered by priority)
- define a set release pipeline (from upstream and our own catalog tasks).
- define a set of ci pipelines and tasks. Because today there is no "on-failure" mode in tekton, we will need to play with task, triggers and maybe some watcher service to do some GitHub check report (the problem is shared with upstream 👼)
- define a sync-with-upstream pipeline
From there, deploy cronjobs, and triggers eventlistener to trigger the correct pipeline and task.
