If have seen, that the userArgs-Array will be search for "-f" or "--follow" which from what I understand would lead to the output being streamed to the console directly:

jenkins-client-plugin/src/main/resources/com/openshift/jenkins/plugins/OpenShiftDSL.groovy

Lines 445 to 451 in a86b688

for (String arg : userArgsArray) {
String a = arg.trim();
if (a.equals("-f") || a.equals("--follow")) {
streamStdOutToConsolePrefix = verb;
break;
}
}

So I have tried the following:

openshift.exec("-f", "-t my-command")
openshift.exec("--follow", "-t my-command")

But: -f is an argument for which oc exec expects a file and --follow is an unknown argument which also breaks oc exec.
