osc deletereq [-m TEXT] PROJECT [PACKAGE]
says that [PACKAGE] is optional.
I don't think that more warnings will help here.
It is just the way the commands work.
osc dr home:mstigl will create a delete request for my home project
osc dr home:mstrigl osc2 will create a delete request for the package osc2 in my home project
