Create a Mentors page about operationcode_frontend HOT 12 CLOSED

This is a pretty huge request so let's use this ticket as a place to discuss this feature. We can break out tasks as individual tickets and assign them to the mentorship milestone.

Awesome recommendation. We have a new /team page going in the new design, but this adds to it. @rickr @hollomancer and the design team have been discussing how we increase mentorship via the site so this fits right in.

@hollomancer that UX flow is interesting. It looks like we want to go the search online for a mentor route, but may need to get buy-in from the current mentors to put their info on the site. We can also build in the ability for the mentor to be available/unavailable on the site depending on their load (if we think that's needed)

Regardless of what she decides, there are plenty of large tasks like this one available for you to build and own.

@hollomancer - To avoid any duplicated efforts on the behalf of our contributors, we should probably close this issue. Reason being, we will be creating a number of dedicated front and backend issues around this feature, stemming from the new Mentors Showcase card in the project roadmap.
