[BUG]: Buttons on creator guidelines page are hard to see. about oppia HOT 2 OPEN

Hello, I want to work on this issue as my first contribution in open-source.
I forked this repo and clone it followed all the step the mentioned in Installing Oppia using Docker but make build is not working.
I asked into discussion section I didn't get the answer I'm using vscode in windows 11
The error message:

make : The term 'make' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path 
was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Can you help with this?

@AdityaPatadiya It looks like you are using powershell (which is the default terminal on VSCode), please use WSL to run the make commands (you also need to install Oppia on WSL).
