So you are pulling billing data from AWS? Note, there is longer latency in the AWS collection than w/ OCI. You may need to be patient for the data to start loading. We are working on reducing this latency.

Bling is an internal bucket name.

I'll confirm the order of execution and clarify in the documentaion. Can you confirm once more, your order of execution which failed and the order that succeeded?

My comment on dynamic groups is generic OCI - I create a set of rules - but don't know a way of seeing what resources meet that definition.

I do not have any need to get AWS data - only OCI data. I don't know if my process (install/uninstall a couple of times) caused issues or solved them on subsequent run. When it worked it was:

Run the install script
got the URL,
ran the two exec DBMS_CLOUD_ADMIN ,
then installed the app
