Can you share logs from OrbStack menu -> Show Logs? (preferably by email in case it has any sensitive info)
It looks like the machine itself was created, but the initial setup process timed out (longer than 10 minutes?).

Thanks for sharing logs. Unfortunately the relevant info is gone because you've restarted OrbStack since creating the machine, but it does look like the machine creation should've succeeded after it timed out. You can confirm this by checking if /etc/nixos/orbstack.nix exists.
I'll increase the timeout to fix the error in the UI. Thanks for reporting!
