I've added a CLiki page: http://www.cliki.net/cl-async
from cl-async.
Thanks, that's very encouraging!
I'm glad you like the library, and I hope it works for you. Right now, it's still in its initial growing phase, so if you see something off or need something to behave another way, please let me know. Currently, my only real experience with asynchronous programming is javascript (mainly in the browser, although I've done a bit of node) so I'm by no means an expert and open to any/all advice. Also, suggestions (or help) on drivers are appreciated, since I think that will be the driving force behind getting a viable async option for lisp.
Please let me know if you have any questions/suggestions/etc and thanks again!

Is there a mail list yet? If not, wanna start one on Google Groups?
from cl-async.
No list yet. Damn, thanks for all the work on this!

Sure thing :-)

Okay, I've created a list:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/cl-async
I was signed in via Google Apps for Domains (or whatever it's called now), so I had to enable the latest-and-greatest in the domain management screens in order for users in my domain (e.g., myself) to create a group.
That done, all that was necessary was to go to groups.google.com and click the "+" button :-)
orthecreedence: once you join the group, I'll set you as admin/owner...
from cl-async.
Done. Thanks again for setting all this up.
from cl-async.
Sweet. You're now the group owner!
And it was my pleasure getting these things in place. In a few days I'll do a blog post or two, and then we can close this ticket :-)
