Your OsmAnd version is outdated. Maybe try again with a more recent version.

The bug has been reproduced. To reproduce the issue, create a route from coordinates 37.91707, 23.00623 to 37.91977, 23.00872. You will see that the navigation will be built over a bridge that is still under construction.

Not reproducible with latest OSM data (16.07.2024). Bridge was modified 01.07.2024 and our current maps doesn't contains these changes.
This will be fixed in the beginning of august.
