Policy/practice on additional attributes? about editor-layer-index HOT 5 CLOSED

schema.json needs updating.

The json generation script, concat.py does not need updating as it simply joins the JSON together with 8 lines of code.

For XML support convert.py needs changing, but this would not be required for something the XML consumers would not support.

Ok, that's great. The other half of the question is: does anyone object to me adding another attribute(s) here?

I'd want to see a bit more of a rigorous definition. I support the idea in principle, but implementation seems non-obvious to me. Does it use tile-based URLs? Does it use a map call, like snapshot-server?
