workaound:
As a current workaound before fix,
use create mode in entry, do not use
do not use button with type="submit"
use UpdateData() in button to update
use DeleteData() in button to delete
long term solution:
redeisgn the flow for entry
draft idea:
DirectiveInitialize - directive being render
DomInitialize - on element ready after GetTableStructure()
SetDefaultValue - set default value for create record
StatusChange - if any column values changed, call on each changes
TupleChange - if any column values changed, call once after called StatusChange
ValidateBuffer - validate record on submit
MassageHTTPRequest - massage the data before send request
MassageHTTPResponse - massage the data after receive response
from angularjs-crud-php.
