First tests showed arduino build system is pretty weak and not flexible at all. So we will need to compensate by automating extra preparation steps for the code.
- Rename all .c files inside arduino distribution to .cpp otherwise they are not compiled
- Similarly, but strangely, opposite rule for headers. No .hpp only .h files
- Move all files outside subfolders as it is not supported at the moment. All folders must be in the same folder.
All of these rules are an issue because with arduino distribution we end up with two different files in the same folder telemetry.h and Telemetry.h (formerly Telemetry.hpp).
Renaming .cpp files is no issue as it does not require any changes in the import system.
However renaming headers is more problematic because include directives needs to be changed inside the code.
Instead, it is proposed to rename the original telemetry.h file to telemetry_core.h project-wise. This way, a clear separation is made between both.
