This was posted on Facepunch, Reinhardt and Orisa both have issues extracting. Something about their data is abnormal.

Well its kinda both i mean, it didn't break due to changes we did. Blizzard have done something that has caused bad data to be in the game which in general is something we are use to. The tools are use to dealing with bad data but, Blizzard likes to keep breaking things. It is being looked into. No ETA when it will be fixed.
