Thanks for your report.
We source the data for Venezuela from https://ais.paho.org/imm/IM_DosisAdmin-Vacunacion.asp, as highlighted in column source_url in file Venezuela.csv.
You can check the source by navigating to https://github.com/owid/covid-19-data/blob/master/scripts/output/vaccinations/main_data/Venezuela.csv → click on the tab "Region data table".
The data for Venezuela has remained constant in the source since Dec 2022. I contacted PAHO, for now, ー let's see if they get back.
