I have merged the experimental microinterfaces branch with version4. There's plenty of scope for more similar refactors, we'll keep doing it a few bits at a time.

It should be possible to merge this in with master as well. Do we want to do this or not? This would possibly lead to a 3.5.0 release say.

No, it wouldn't.
This needs checking, but the micro interfaces just generalise the existing interfaces. Thus, if anyone has implemented OWLClass etc. they will already have implemented the micro interfaces for OWLClass. i.e. they existing implementations should work.
