Copying the data in a Fantasy Grounds format to clipboard allows importing to the app. See this video from 6:43 to 6:55

Template in Fantasy Grounds app is usable, but the web app can make it smarter. For example, when I set STR as 14, my melee attack should get a +2, and my set proficiency bonus, etc. Is this too much?
If so, there is no need to make this page anymore: It'll be a fun challenge, but won't be extremely usable.

I just did the automatic calculation and clipboard test, which took me like a minute. If we need this ever again we'll introduce a page similar to UpdateCalendar. Fantasy Grounds works considerably good for our use cases.
