What happens if you try to open the file directly in the browser - does it still time out?
This seems like an nginx configuration issue, as it's unlikely that pachno is causing the timeout, but it's hard to tell without looking into it.

Well .. sorry about that. The error was in front of me actually .. See the ":8000" in the logs ? ;)
For some reason, I had changed the port where Apache listens to (inside docke). And it seems this port is somehow appended here (might be something to look at ...or not)
Fixed it by changing the port to 80 !
