是否考虑添加一个requirements.txt文件，这样可以比较方便的将所需的python库一次性安装上

现在我们改成用pyproject来构建项目了，不再使用requirements.txt的形式来安装依赖，而且本身Paddle2ONNX没有硬性依赖其他库

我还想着找时间，把需要自己本地编译 protobuf 这个很没必要的步骤给干掉。

确实，似乎只用到了bin，感觉编译也挺浪费时间
